Caudillo started its journey with MODO from day one. It’s a project we watched come to life—backed by a team that trusted us to build its brand identity, communication, and digital presence right from the start.
The challenge was clear: create a food brand with a strong, coherent identity—able to express a very specific concept: the countryside in the city. Tradition, fire, gathering, and ritual—translated into an urban setting without losing authenticity.

From MODO, we worked on the brand end-to-end, starting with the visual identity—designed around what the client wanted to communicate and the world we wanted to build. Every decision—from tone of voice to aesthetics—came back to that deeply Uruguayan core idea, avoiding shortcuts and generic formulas.
The communication strategy was built on coherence and consistency, with content that showed the Caudillo experience in a genuine way—connecting with the right audience from the beginning. Instead of chasing instant reach, the focus was on building community and brand recognition.
And the results matched the strategy. Caudillo opened in December and by March had surpassed 10,000 Instagram followers, achieving organic, steady growth in just three months. That momentum was driven by clear communication, a solid identity, and a deep understanding of the target audience.
This case reflects how we work at MODO: staying close to brands, creating identities that mean something, and building growth through real strategies. Because when a brand is born from a clear idea and communicates with consistency, impact shows up as the natural outcome.
